Until Filled The 1st Jobs Initiative is an innovative program designed to provide students with paid, hands-on learning experiences that enable students to participate in work-based learning opportunities within a chosen career cluster at District Five facilities.
To be further considered for a position in the 1st Jobs Initiative, complete the following steps of the application process:

You will be contacted by the hiring school if selected for an interview.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
