IT Systems Administrator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Systems Administrator with expertise in Windows Server, networking knowledge, basic Linux knowledge, and familiarity with ERP platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining, optimizing, and securing our organization's IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
Windows Server Management:
Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments. Administer Active Directory, including user accounts, group policies, and security settings. Implement and manage Windows Server roles and features. Networking:
Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure network security. Implement and maintain DNS, DHCP, and other essential network services. Linux Administration:
Possess working knowledge of Linux systems, and ability to perform basic administrative tasks. Collaborate with the team to integrate Linux servers into the existing infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve Linux-related issues. ERP Software:
Provide support for Eclipse ERP software, including end user support, data management, and configuration. Collaborate with end-users to understand business requirements and customize the ERP system accordingly. Collaborate with support partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Eclipse ERP software. System Security:
Implement and maintain security best practices to safeguard IT infrastructure. Monitor and respond to security incidents, conduct regular security audits, and apply necessary patches. Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to the IT team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Systems Administrator, with a focus on Windows Server environments. Strong networking skills and experience with TCP/IP, VLANs, and routing. Familiarity with Linux administration. Experience with ERP software is a strong plus. Industry certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent are desirable. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
