We're looking for a serious and dedicated professional who has a positive attitude, strong work ethic and is ready to work in a fast paced environment.
The right candidate must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times and have ABOVE AVERAGE customer service skills.
We need someone that can multi-task, is well-organized with excellent interpersonal, communication, phone, and computer skills.
Prior experience in Medspa / Doctor's office or similar setting is preferred.
This position will cross train at our front desk and will alternate booking appointments over the telephone and checking clients out.
Description of this Position:
Experience in an office/administrative setting.
Must be proficient with Word, Outlook and experience with appointment software is preferred.
Answer phone calls professionally.
Heavy telephone work at times.
Must be available to work Saturdays when needed from 9am-4pm, approximately 3-4 times a year, rotating schedule.
(We are currently open 1 Saturday a month) Job Type:
Full Time (40 Hours a week), Paid One Hour Lunch, Medical Benefits Available after 90 day probationary period.
Skincare perks available after 90 day probationary period.
Hourly wage commensurate with experience, starting pay at $16 hour.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
